Dry Dock
A piece dedicated to my mother’s sobriety journey that began in her late twenties at a small meeting place called The Dry Dock in San Francisco’s Marina District. The imagery of a pelican standing on a lifted boat, tethered securely to a dock, symbolizes the strength of community and the stability found in sobriety.
